Terminou da melhor forma o Torneio Internacional de Futebol de 7 Adaptado realizado na passada semana na Póvoa de Varzim. A cidade acolheu-nos de braços abertos e os participantes, oriundos de 5 países, são unânimes em reconhecer o sucesso do evento.

Num Torneio recheado de desportivismo e boa-disposição, os resultados foram os esperados, tendo a Ucrânia, ainda que com uma equipa mais jovem, vencido a prova por 10 pontos, com 3 vitórias e um empate, seguida da Argentina, os Estados Unidos da América, Holanda e Portugal. 

No que se refere à Selecção Nacional, não obstante não terem alcançado os melhores resultados, classificaram 3 atletas, tendo dois deles integrado a equipa nacional pela primeira vez, integrando-se facilmente no colectivo da equipa.

The 7-a-side Football tournament held last week at Póvoa de Varzim couldn't have ended in a better way. The city welcomed us with open arms and all participants, from the 5 participant nations, were unanimous in recognising the event's success.

In a Tournament filled with sportsmanship and cheerfulness, we came accross the expected results, with Ukraine, even with a younger team, winning the competition with 10 points, with three wins and a draw, followed by Argentina, the United States of America, the Netherlands and Portugal.

Concerning our National team, although having not achieved the best results, they had 3 athletes internationally classified, having two of them participated in the National Team for the first time, easily fitting the team's collective.
